      low pay & bad managers who allow descriminatory environment

      Flexible work schedule, can work remotely as needed in most groups

      Cons

      low pay raises or none at all even when company performs well, lots of bad managers, discriminatory work environment tolerated and managers who are leading such groups and who are also practicing such type of behavior continue to have senior leadership roles even when complaints come and people leave.

      Ample parking, a cool logo, and a hhuuuuuuuuuuuge company that spans the globe.

      Cons

      No annual raises, rare promotions, layoffs a few times every year and the desks are pretty tiny.
