      Thanks for providing your review. We recognize the prior year required overtime opportunities for several staff members. A result of high growth and a tight labor market made it difficult to hire and training new team members in a timely manner. We are grateful to you and all staff members for any overtime hours you were able to provide to the company.       The people that work in the division I am in are outstanding. They have been very supportive of me & others. I have been here for over 5 years and wouldn’t trade the experience. Leadership is transparent whenever possible, the pay is good, work environment is healthy & the company is growing. Flexibility, work/life balance.

      Cons

      Our systems need modernization & more IT support would be helpful. OJT instead of a formal training program for each division. (I know this is coming & look forward to it.)
