Awful managers. Callers don't do work so it Closers can't make more money closing leads. One manager is trying to do his job but another manager doesn't know what we do and focuses on HR work. The director yells at us, swears and says threatening things. Corporate is bad mouthed like other departments and other managers. Very bad example for employees. People don't come to work, don't perform and don't follow policies but if they know certain people or certain peoples kids outside of work nothing is done about it.

They seem to have a punitive style of management. Instead of trying to incite people to perform well, they punish any minor infractions. They have a point system for certain departments that is not applicable to the entire company. If it is a good idea then it should apply to the organization as a whole. Nepotism is also an issue. People should be hired based on skill, not who they know.
