      It pays the bills if you get there on time and keep to yourself.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, very positive start, many employees band together like family.

      Cons

      The point system. Don't get me started on it- If your child is sick, if you are sick- Doctors note, emergency room- they don't care, you get a point if you call out. 7 points, you are fired. I personally don't have a problem with points, but I've seen some good people go over the point system.

      Pros

      Employer lets you create your own work schedule, is a fast paced and frequently changing work environment, great salaries and opportunities to grow, management is very approachable and cares about your success.

      Cons

      Need better communication within the company, pay is subject to change every pay period, can be stressful.

      Pros

      Good benefits, room for advancement, most all employees are pleasant to work with, and a supportive management team who will help you reach your goals. It is not for everyone, but if you like production and are not afraid to put in the work then it can lead to a great career opportunity.

      Cons

      More on-the-job training for new hires.
