Thank you for the 4 star review. We are pleased to hear that you see a value in the internal L&D initiatives as Citco prioritizes training, learning and development at all levels. We recognize that our industry is one where there are times that require overtime. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing. We see the value in a flexible/hybrid work environment but recognize there is no "one size fits all" approach.
