      No Career progression in long-term. Works are divided into small pieces, no way to learn full flow of the work A-Z . Imagine in 2 years you want to jump to client side/buy side, you know little about other groups' work, Bye bye interview. Low pay

It is not a secret that we love to hire recent graduates and believe that we are great place for employees to start their career. We have also had over 115 employees promoted this year to support career progression within the Toronto offices.
