For our Supervisors and Managers, we recently launched the Manager Toolkit, which provides employees, who have direct reports, access to a curated learning path comprised of on demand, bite-sized courses in LinkedIn Learning. For our VPs and SVPs, we are partnering with a leading consultancy called Gartner to offer the Manager Success Workshop Series. This series offers a number of live, action-oriented webinars on key managerial topics. Citco continues to invest heavily in their training and professional development programs.
