We see all feedback as an opportunity to improve and we appreciate hours can be longer than anticipated during busy month end periods but we have taken measures throughout the business to make this a minimum
We recognise that our industry is one where there are times that require overtime. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing
With such a strong performing workforce, there can be a lot of competition when it comes to promotions. We do like to promote within the business and would hope your management team would have a clear road map to help you progress to the next level
