Which is why we were really excited to launch our new MyCareer program which made it a lot easier for employees to apply for opportunities within or outside of their business group. This also allowed employee’s to apply directly for promotion opportunities anytime there was an open requisition within their group. Stringent on cab taking rules and stingy on OT hours, restrict OT hours taking even on monthend
