We invest heavily in professional and personal development through our leadership development and accredited training programs. We also offer many perks to support professional development throughout the year. You also indicate some great points on where Citco could improve. We understand that the nature of our business requires employees to have to put in some additional hours, however, we do we want to ensure that there is a balance. We invest in development at all levels and have also recently rolled out a process to make it easier for employees to move within the organisation. We recognise that, due to the nature of our industry, the hours are sometimes longer than we would like.
