Thank you for your feedback. I was happy to read your comments regarding Citco’s fun work culture. We recognize there is a lot of work to be done, but it’s important that our hardworking teams get to enjoy some downtime together as well. You also mention some great points on where Citco could improve. As an organization we recognize that our managers play a very important role in our organization to ensure that our employees have the resources and tools to perform their roles successfully. This year we launched a leadership training program for our people leader positions. We have invested a great deal of time into this program to ensure that Managers are able to support and recognize their employees for the hard work that they are doing. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Internal opportunities has been a focus for us over recent months, as a direct result of the feedback we heard through our engagement survey, so it is really great to hear you mention this as a positive. I appreciate that there is often lots to do which can lead to longer hours than we would otherwise like. We do try to balance this with policies and practices that support employees and we take all feedback we receive on board to see how we can continue to improve.
