Indeed - overtime is expected at certain points in the month for many of our roles. Let me just clarify the OT policy in Cayman. We follow the law which stipulates that overtime is payable after a standard work week (45 hours) or standard work day (9 ) hours have been worked and yes, it is time and a half for overtime except public holidays which are paid out at double time.
