Dear employee - thank you for your 5 star rating! It's great to see such positive feedback. Our Vilnius team are our young and ambitious so it's super to see that you see the many possibilities for professional growth and development. Unfortunately the nature of our work does limit the possibilities for remote working but with regard to your feedback on overtime, I'm pleased to inform you that recently a new overtime policy was introduced which provides compensation for all overtime worked. Please refer to your direct manager or local HR if you have questions related to implementation of this new policy. Thanks again for a great review and feedback.

Dear Former Colleague - Many thanks for your feedback and 4 star rating. We are glad you had a positive experience at Citco. In regards to your salary comment - I would caution any employee about taking a narrow view and only looking at one element of our total compensation package. Citco has a track record of providing comprehensive and excellent levels of benefit coverage - in many locations this is a no cost option to employees. Benefits are expensive - especially good plans - and make up a significant cost to Citco and significant savings for employees. Add to your package generous leave policies and a discretionary bonus plus overtime and you are looking at compensation that is at or above market in our industry.

Dear Former Colleague - thanks for your feedback and 4 star rating. I would note that it is certainly Citco's practice to promote internally - as evidenced by the multitude of managers up to the MD level who have grown and developed here. Typically we only search externally when there isn't staff ready for a manager position or we are looking for particular financial expertise in some area. Thanks again.
