Hi Reviewer, thanks for taking the time to provide this review. It's great to see your comment about Citco providing great career starter opportunities. We get that feedback often. People refer to learning opportunities that you just don't get in other companies so early in your career, particularly getting the opportunity to work the end to end NAV process. In the finance industry, the hours can be arduous at certain times of the year, but at Citco, we try to balance that with policies and practices that promote health and well-being and work/ life balance. Dear Colleague - many thanks for your positive and constructive comments. I would just take a moment to clarify that our compensation practices are designed to pay a competitive rate in all our markets. Additionally a compensation package at Citco is so much more than a base salary. In addition there are our excellent and comprehensive benefit plans, generous time off policies, comfortable work environments with several perks (food and beverages, subsidized gym memberships, social events, etc.). Indeed there are busy periods of the month - but Citco does many things to compensate employees for their extra efforts.
