We have always invested heavily in the training, learning and development of employees so it is disappointing to hear this did not suit your needs. Our Talent Development team also have an extensive offering of online learning materials to support self-learning and on the job training. We are proud of the robust Education Assistance programme offered by Citco, a policy that is applicable to all staff upon joining. We will of course take your feedback on-board regarding communication around setting clear expectations for all new joiners. I appreciate that due to the cyclical nature of our business, it means that there are certain times of the year when people are extraordinarily busy. Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. As we are currently in the transition phase, we understand our employees are putting in additional efforts at this point in time. We expect the work to stabilize as we reach a steady state. We have been transparent in communicating on this subject with our employees and we hope to be supportive of your work and personal commitments, and your health and wellbeing. However, we are making a conscious effort and some of the ways that we are looking to promote work balance in office is through conducting monthly team building employee engagement activities, providing recreational facilities, team lunch/dinner, offering occasional company outing in order to enhance collaboration, belongingness and identity in our teams to make our work place more enjoyable. We foster a high performance culture and have a robust performance management system that provides an opportunity for a constructive conversation between an employee and manager. We would encourage you to explore more internal communication channels available to you to address your specific concerns.
