- Good insurance benefit - 20 days annual leave - OT pay after working for 44 hours per week - meal allowance + taxi claim if OT over 2 hours - Young and vibrant culture - Friendly and helpful colleagues - Well stocked pantry - Beer and snacks on every Friday - Casual attire

Cons

- Promotion based on seniority instead of meritocracy - Keep hiring from outside rather than promoting own staffs - Incompetent (senior)managers with weak technical skills and unable to provide satisfactory explanation to questions asked
