Pros
Good pay, knowledgeable ex-pats though short-lived, overworked micro-managed.
Cons
Toxic environment, overworked ex-pats since locals and Jamaicans in the Fund administration department have no clue on accounting or funds. Favoritism by Jamaican bosses who treat knowledgeable ex-pats like prisoners of war. Hence very high turnover in the Fund Administration department and retention/promotion of poor unskilled , unqualified locals and Jamaicans.
