Stuck in the past with dinosaurs running the show who won't change anything because the gravy train is too addictive. No investment in technology, too much shouting, toxic work environment, nothing ever gets done. Que "that's not the citco I recognise"

easy work (could honestly be to the point of feeling extremely bored and unchallenged)

Cons

-poor work life balance - you feel pressured to stay past 5 even if you don't have work -work is 100% doable from home but company wants hybrid, makes work life balance even worse during busy season -depending on your assigned team, you may also have a toxic work environment
