Pros

Pros...for a new college graduate, they have the kinds of things that will "wow" you: free soft drinks and beer in the refrigerator. They used to offer very good health insurance (for which the company paid 100%), but they have changed that and now only offer very average insurance (still company paid).

Cons

Enjoy all those free drinks, because they don't give pay raises or bonuses (at least nothing worth mentioning). If you are in one office and your manager is in another (which is often the case) they usually don't bother to monitor your work. You will get no support from your manager whatsoever and they are often clueless about the work you are doing.

Pros

Great benefits Causal culture Great people to work with except people in middle management.

Cons

Management don't care about the employees, top talents keep leaving and they don't care to do anything to try to keep them. There is no trust between employees and management anymore after years of lies People up top keep getting promoted to higher level who doesn't know how to manage while people at lower level doing all the work get stuck at their level

Pros

Decent first job outta college, benefits are good while getting on your own two feet. Most entry level positions are pretty easy, if you can use a computer / excel you can do this job.

Cons

Culture claims to be laidback, a good place for people tired of strict corporate standards. What they mean is most employees are 2nd rate, even 3rd rate, they either don't work hard or work hard but are barely capable of doing their job. As such often newer hires who pick things up quickly are leaned on, which is very stressful when they learn that older employees are of very little help. Additionally there is a high turnover rate b/c they don't expect to hold onto anyone who's good at their job for very long. Raises and bonuses come slowly. You can't be fired for being bad at your job, so if someone on your team is awful and causes more work for others nothing is done about it. The leadership is incredibly uninspiring.
