      A place to start off, but not a place to stay

      Pros

      Citco is known as the best in the business. If you are new to hedge fund admin, this is a good starting place.

      Cons

      Unless you are a manager or higher, your opinions do not matter, and even then, they still may not matter. You are constantly kept in the dark. It's not the atmosphere where questions are welcomed.

      There was no pros. This company is a scam

      Cons

      I worked here for 4 months and made 400 dollars. Everything is commission based and their leads are either old or uninterested. You are expected to make 200 calls a day, dialing each number twice, and the people who do answer are either rude or won’t show up to the meeting. Lastly, if you do sign a contract with a client, if they cancel their policy within 3 months you have to pay the company back
