Toxic working environment , and month end my manager is isnt supportive. no one is teaching you how to do the job. I cant even ask anyone no one is helping. the team will make u feel that you are weak and dumb. most of us being ashamed in the meeting not only in our team but many of the team has the same culture. My friend from other department had a miscarriage her manager telling here to go to work because it is month end and mind you it is just 2 days after she had that. Managers here are pro management. glad i exit the company after 7 months. Be careful on the reviews in the glassdoor as well on our first day they ask us to give CITCO a good reviews even it is not worth 5 star. micro management is bad.

The manager that i was assigned to was one of the worst i have ever met, he displayed toxic personality traits that can cause emotional imbalance towards others. Its like a cult organisation, verbal bullying, underhand agenda causes many to be suspicious on whether those actions were intentional, unexplainable unfair treatment because you would not manage to justify it due to hybrid work model, uses sarcastic languages and being manipulative, everyone knows but no one dares to point out the truth because you would lose your job or even if the truth is revealed no one would agree, colleagues are prevented from interacting with one another, condemn employees and uses charisma during meetings to cover up manipulative traits, toxic and unethical behaviours are encouraged for higher chances of promotion, would not be bothered about the skillset and work because the requirements are minimal, all you need is support from colleagues because it works exactly like a gang.
