Dear Former Colleague - thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback - I wish you had included your location and a few more details. Citco is hiring with hundreds of jobs open globally and indeed MD's and managers spend a good deal of time creating teams with the right resources to handle the work. The challenge is to do this as quickly as possible and to bring new hires up to speed quickly so they are fully productive. Continuous improvement is always the goal.

Dear Former Colleague - Thanks for your positive comments. I see that you worked with us for 10 years - that's pretty impressive nowadays and thank you for your years of service. I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel long service was appreciated at Citco. Looking at our current population I see that over half the Jersey City staff have been with us for 7+ years. I see so many folks who have grown from junior staff and developed into our current VP's, SVP's and Directors. I'd say we very much appreciate their deep bench strength, their subject matter expertise, handling of clients and so much more. We show that appreciation through promotions, bonuses, flexibility, long service awards, comprehensive benefit programs, etc.
