Pros

Health insurance is great even though it keeps getting more expensive year after year. 401 K Match is great as well.

Cons

Call Center Associate.....poor senior management. If your not in with the cool group then your a nobody. Not competitive salary wise with the other call centers in the area but expected to do twice the work with minimal training. Cant approach management because they gossip like high schoolers. Poor recognition and lack of empathy from the top/down. Senior Management needs adequate training in the areas they are responsible for.

Pros

The cafeteria. The diversity.

Cons

Unrealistic goals for trainees. They treat you like children and tattle on you for the most ridiculous things. The people that are supposed to help you will run you over with a bus and make you feel stupid.

Pros

These people are the worse group of people I have ever worked for. Out of our group of 150 that started the AML program there were only 4 left. Even if you do you work above and beyond. Went to work one morning and was asked to leave no explination no call or text just leave. A day before a 5star perfomance review from my manager.

Cons

Impossible expection, no training, poor management.
