      Pros

      Working at Citizant you are not just an employee, you are a family member. You are part of a caring family who looks after each other. Citizant doesn’t just take care of you as an employee but also your family as well. They are caring, supportive, understanding, and most of all very generous. And take in consideration of loved ones around you who are impacted.

      Cons

      There are no CONS working at Citizant. You will not find a company who cares so much about their employees professionally and personally.

      Pros

      Have been with Citizant for 5 years. Company does support career growth. Management does recognize the employee potential, dedication and hardwork and support career growth. Management always are open for any dialog. Easy accessibility to CEO, VP, COO or CFO. I don't think I could get that in any big company that I had worked for more than 15 years.

      Cons

      Employee needs to wear multiple hats based on the project/management support required. Sometimes it seems like too much work to handle.

      Pros

      Citizant is a company that cares for it’s employees. Over the past few year’s the country has seen it’s share of disasters (i.e., hurricanes, blizzards, etc). Citizant has been there for their employees. Providing assistance as needed. Sometime monetarily, other times by providing PTO coverage so as to allow employees to receive full paychecks. I have been with Citizant of over six years and can truly say that this organization is the best one I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      As with any government contracting company there is never a guarantee of work, but Citizant does it’s best to keep their employees covered even when between contracts and/or the occasional government shutdown.
