There were no Pros working for this company.

Cons

No advancement opportunities, company doesn't take care of their employees. There is little to no recognition given to their employees who work really hard to make the company look good and prosper. Benefits are horrible!!!! Worse company I've ever worked for!! Some employees are given a work/life balance opportunity not all.

Pros

IT Support staff that kept the company network running were excellent.

Cons

No career growth. Zero leadership. Owners of the company are divorced and both behaved poorly and allowed under performing executives to collect a paycheck without producing. This company gives VP titles to individuals that spend all day trying to win new contracts but these individuals have no direct reports. Often the contract bids are so low they can't afford to staff them properly. There is also a extremely poor work life balance as a result of having to make up for understaffed contracts.
