Pros

Management cares about employee career goals; there are plenty of webinars and online educational tools for industry-specific training; the bank offers round-table forums for different people, in various departments, to engage in discussions about things going on in the bank: updates, technology, business, etc...

Cons

The one con that comes to mind is that there is a lot of physical movement within the office. I've been in my current department for five years and my fourth move, in the same office building, will take place in a week.

Needs improvement in organizational maturity. Needs to develop a sincere message and desire to mature. Culture needs to embrace appropriate change.
