Pros

Benefits start after 1st month, reasonable pay

Cons

Manager is unqualified and out of office or in meetings or personal business 75% of month. They think salary means there start time / end time is when they feel like starting work or leaving. Our starting time is 9:00am opening at 10:00am but I waited in my car usually until 9:30-9:40am with everyone giving excuses why there late. My favorite excuse from them texting me at 9:10AM my car is warming up now….be there shortly! And everyone’s been warned repeatedly, but if your manager doesn’t come in on time, why would you expect anybody else to I guess I’m the only responsible one and I came from 45 minutes away.
