Decent benefits for a midsized company.

Cons

Everytime management changes in the branch or region they would clean house and bring on their friends. Even if you were there top performer your not safe. Goals were very unrealistic and unwavering. Bonuses would change so often and were so complicated to understand that many people wouldn't get them.

You can move up in the company. Plenty of room for growth

Cons

The bonus is not guaranteed. It’s quarterly and you only receive it if you meet your goals.

Pros

Plenty of hours and will work with you if you are looking to go back to school and get help.

Cons

Hard to get a raise more than a small percentage. Similar to most banks you need to hop from one bank to another and then back in order to climb rather then them hiring from within or increasing pay. A lot of politics if you do not wish to quit and jump around to climb.
