      Most Positive Workplace Yet

      Pros

      Great role for helping people especially in sales positive interactions with colleagues, great demeanor and morale Manageable responsibilities Pay is generous benefits are good scheduling is semi flexible and pto is generous into 2nd year *Feel as though you make a difference when you actually perform well.

      Cons

      do not often have two days off in a row smaller branches make scheduling off more difficult hours are not flexible long training schedule Must have people skills to de-escalate issues, explain problems, explore solutions and deliver acceptable outcomes to irritated clients (not a con, everyone should have these skills).

      Bonus Structure

      Base salary was okay. Not great.

      Cons

      Your bonus will not be determined by your individual effort and numbers but by how your branch does as a whole. If one person at your branch gets a negative review, you will pay for it. If you hit all your goals and numbers, someone else can prevent you from getting a substantial bonus check. Branch was not client focuses as it is near impossible to assist clients if they changed their phone number, the multi factor authentication methods are out of touch with current authentication methods and the back office is slow to respond to any requests.
