Cons

Low wages. Increased demands on sales with an ever shrinking staff. It is difficult to transfer to another department.

Pros

Has many paid holidays off. Every Sunday off. Insurance is pretty decent coverage. Schedule stays the same. Has some really good employees.

Cons

Everything is micro managed. There's a ton of paper work. Nothing is ever good enough. Your constantly being told that your not doing things right and very seldom praised for a good job. You work late every Monday and Friday. The insurance price goes up considerably every year. It's all about the sales and there's never enough sales. There is a lot of pressure and stress in the job. Bonus program does not fit with certain branch locations.
