      Pros

      Good management no one pass the border gr great company to grow If I put my effort the people are nice the facility and technical support is amazing and more safer comparing to other places

      Cons

      Some how its difficult to hit the Goal that gives little Stress but it keeps me working hard

      Pros

      The morale at Citizens is like no other. I truly get excited to come into the office and speak to my peers and work. My job is not like most jobs so that may be the reason but i can say I would like to stay with this company as long as i can. The job is fun and i enjoy the flexibility in my schedule. Currently set at a hybrid schedule coming in 3 days a week.

      Cons

      The pay vs the amount of work i do isnt the best. I will say it is better than most companies but it just does not equate when i look at other coworkers in different positions making more than i do but we do the same amount of work in the same field.
