Lack of preparing employees for potential robberies. When robberies happen, very little support for employee victims of robbery. It's pretty much "Sorry, get back to work!" Never enough when it comes to referral goals. You can meet and exceed your referral goals, and upper management is still not happy. Pay is extremely low for the industry.

If you're in management of any kind here you are definitely not paid enough and are expected to more work than 40 hours a week, generally 50-60 regardless of the fact that you will not be compensated for the additional hours worked. Do not have an opinion other than the company's even if their opinion is wrong or makes no sense. Upper management will completely shut you down, act as though you are a complete idiot for not agreeing. They will dance around in circles while trying to figure out why their way makes sense and then before you know it you will be out of a job. You can not miss any kind of work, have any kind of sickness. The policy is 4 days a rolling year in which you can miss without getting written up. 4 days? Really? This place will make you absolutely crazy. Most everyone in a manager position is on medication and have gone on leave because of the stress that this place causes. It is not worth it. There is no morale at this company. Everyone hates their job but is too stuck to leave for various reasons.
