They spend millions acquiring new companies but can't afford to give their current employees enough of a pay increase to cover the cost of living.

Pros

Great company to work for from call center perspective. Great hours great work life balance when not in the middle of a purchase of another bank…. Pay is good, OT opportunities

Cons

Time is managed down to the minute, your schedule tells you when you must go on break and when you must go on lunch. Any time off the phone not scheduled goes against adherence to schedule
