      Pros

      There is lots of flexibility for this position and you do not have to do a lot of customer service. If you perform well you can recieve some pretty nice bonuses.

      Cons

      Many times you have to take work home with you and you constantly feel like you are under the gun to meet deadlines and goals. This position can be very stressful. Also you have a tough time of pleasing everyone. You partner with a variety of different people at the bank and sometimes branches can hold you to impossible standards that they themselves do not come even close to.

      Pros

      Benefits and salary are OK. Some departments liek mine have a number of qualified employees. Good for aggressive salespeople.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management losers sent from UK, crazy RBA Americas company full of executives in search of a purpose overseeing the bank while admittign they know nothing about retail banking. Branches staffed with employees from retail stores who have no clue as to the difference between selling jeans and securing people's monetary assets. Waste huge amounts on ridiculous advertising campaigns produced by expensive ad agencies in order to drive sales but their slogans are empty and their employees often incompetent.
