Pros
In-store environment makes for a different day each day and keeps its interesting. A bit more freedom then traditional branch.
Cons
Awful work life balance. Incompetent management. Products are just simply terrible. Fees are horrendous. As an employee, I refuse to bank here. That should tell you something. Every aspect of the job is micromanaged. Daily multiple conference calls that are pointless and unproductive. Difficult to grow and excel within company unless you have no morals or ethics.
