      Changes Need to be made, personnel-wise.

      Pros

      It is in a Convienentlocation and close to my home.I have been able to continue working at this location by staying with the teller line and NOT advancing. The Branch Mangement team that The Delaware Branches have are under severe pressure to meet goals set by the company. If any particular manager fails to meet the assigned branch goals they do NOT stay with the company. Most managers tend to move onto another bank within two years.

      Cons

      Citizens Bank branches in Delaware have a very high turn-over of management. Citizens Bank is very goal oriented and requires attainment of said goals in order to maintain your job.

      Pros

      Vacation Time and their work-life balance, which includes flexible work arrangements such as working from home.

      Cons

      A lack of clear direction from the Executive Team and many overlapping departments make daily life a little bit frustrating. Right now it seems as though we are being prepared for sale so the Royal Bank of Scotland can pay the Gov't back.

      Pros

      Great benefits- including paid birthday off, community-feel environment to work in, diverse employee base. Most employees seem to enjoy working for the bank, especially those who had worked at other banks previous to working for Citizens. The pay was also fair compared to other banks' salaries offered.

      Cons

      Job duties were at times boring, little room for input or new ideas. Managers never looked to employees for their thoughts, and their was little feedback as to employee performance, which obviously makes it difficult to improve the way you do your job.
