Pros

A company that truly cares about its employees. Citizens is empowering and listens to improve colleague experience. The benefits are tremendous and hands down above competitors. The tool Talent Matters for career growth and mentorship is AMAZING! I am proud to work for a company that invests in their employees and genuinely cares.

Cons

Technology improvements are a big focus and at a fast changing pace. Perhaps too much too fast sometimes that causes a less than seamless experience. Once the pain points are ironed out; the improvements are great and appreciated!

Benefits, Development, Reward. Citizens has very generous benefits including Maternity/Paternity programs when adding to your family. They offer so many programs to further your education and develop yourself including tuition reimbursement. They have many opportunities to give and receive recognition - and amazing rewards including trips and bonuses. Work Life Balance Exists Here!!

Citizens values diversity, where everyone is treated with respect and equality. Their commitment to the community is inspiring and we as employees are given opportunities to give back in ways that align with personal values. There are platforms and programs available to build my skills that will help my personal and professional growth.

Cons

There are so many different areas and job families that there are times you feel siloed or isolated. The overall company goal can be miscommunicated when groups don't communicate or collaborate.
