Lots of PTO; you just can't take PTO and get your work done.

Cons

Sr Middle Managers manage by chaos across the organization. Priorities are set and constantly shift, not by business need, but rather by the level of executive yelling/complaining the loudest. Yes men/women move up; people with talent learn to keep quiet and move on.
