Despite having a commendable value statement ('the credo'), this business only values money. Staff, customers, compliance with banking regs will all be thrown under the bus in order to make budget. I saw so many great people, in what were key roles laid-off to hit year- end targets it was ridiculous. Some roles inevitably had to back-filled, normally this would be by less-experienced, lower-paid staff. Lay-offs could happen at any time of the year, so you never have job security. The regulatory fines were eye-watering, but despite promise-on-promise that things would change, there were always more fines.

Exhaustive hours, unrealistic goals, berating for things out of employee's control, nepotism, lack of confidentiality when giving feedback, no support/safety from management or the company w/ hostile customers, rewards to customers for bad and abusive behavior, threats to your employment when "negative" things are talked about or you want to give feedback, excessive micromanagement, expectation to compromise ethic for the sake of making a sale, branch managers lie to staff to serve their interests (time off policies, goals, ethics & practices, scheduling, etc).
