      Benefits like health, dental, vision, 401k match are offered

      Cons

      This is a sales job, you are measured by how much sales you make. You’re also working with customer service, some who may be disgruntled at times. Your location can also play a huge part in how much you’re able to make. Much harder to sell a HELOC for example if you’re in a neighborhood where there aren’t home owner. Sales goals and incentives are constantly changing

      Things not always as they are portrayed by leadership

      Pay and benefits are average within the industry.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership states they want to retain top talent but when they make poor business decisions they layoff older employees with high salaries even if they are a high performer. They believe they can replace with younger less experienced talent and save on salary/overall compensation.
