Pay and benefits are average within the industry.

Cons

Sr. Leadership states they want to retain top talent but when they make poor business decisions they layoff older employees with high salaries even if they are a high performer. They believe they can replace with younger less experienced talent and save on salary/overall compensation.

Ever growing benefits to meet or exceed standards. Work location options can be flexible for many roles. Good at hiring smart people.

Cons

Onboard training can be difficult - heavily reliant on colleagues to help with many platforms. Everything has a request form and tracking. Resizing seems to be every 1-2 years (or less).
