Not going to lie - there are some awesome things about working for Citizens. They are great about community involvement and giving back. They are aware of the need for caring for each other and taking the time to learn and grow.

Cons

Well, technology is kind of old. There are lots of silos that don't share information. Lots of the work is done by outside contractors / vendors, which limits the internal knowledge base.
