Pros

Overall great company in respects to benefits, comp, leadership. Has been on cultural and transformational change over last 4-5 years. Senior leadership is passionate about strategy and innovation

Cons

Agile journey is not widespread and consistent across diff departments. They have made agile model unnecessarily complex. People don't want to change once set in their ways which impedes ability to innovate faster
