Promotions are very political, if you do not connect in a certain way with the regional, despite having a brilliant work history and connection with your current Branch Manager - you will not be promoted.

Citizens Bank sales more things to customers who are in already good shape than help customers who are in bad shape. I wish we could help more people who really need the bank's help to build credit.
