      Great company that cares about their colleagues. The company is very versatile with good values which includes exceeding customer expectations, doing the right thing, thinking long term, and working together.

      There will always be someone that has negative thoughts and not satisfied, stay away from them

      There aren't pros worth mentioning aside of the hours

      High pressure ftom management, unreasonable goals and expectations, constant changes to pay plans.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints/cons about working for the company itself. the only "con" is trying to justify to customers why we're better for their banking needs than other banks when other banks may offer a more competitive APY/APR
