Many new opportunities in the organization, from a development perspective. Several training programs to expose you to latest technologies. If negotiating for a new position, they can be competitive.

Cons

You cannot remain in the same position for long as they are not likely to promote from within. They're more generous with new people coming into a team, either from outside the company or in the right situations, from another team. Also, heavy reliance on offshore contractors instead of focusing on building their internal talent or even hiring FTE.

Really good benefits. There is a gym on the corporate campus. They have 401k matching after the first year and inexpensive health insurance.

Cons

The company knows how they want things done which is either a pro or a con dependent on how you view the proper ways to vet and develop software at a reasonable rate.
