Pros

Family environment. Excellent wellness program. Christian based company..or used to be. Benefits are great with wellness, sick time buyback, and paid banking holidays.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. People are placed in management positions who are not qualified; however, appear to be qualified. Some are not expected to follow rules while others are written up for doing the same process. Rash management decisions are made. Appears to be heading in the direction of cult management. People who have been employed forever are being left out in the dust. Pay is horrible for the people who actually work. There is not a set pay scale-it's who you know.
