The store management is great at helping employees feel valued,

Cons

Some of the management staff of the different departments are not qualified/well suited to the job. More training is required for some of them. Some management choices were not the best, the other candidates would have been better.

almost none, very few managers support you, expect a knife in the back at the pagosa springs location, not in reality but you are disliked or different they will single you out, esspecially if you speak your mind... choose a different location for the sake of your own mental health.

Cons

same as above there is nothing nice to say, stay away from this palce.

Easy to get a job there because the turnover is extremely high

Cons

Hostile work environment and the managers don't want to take responsibility for what goes on in their Department. Lazy management style. 100% standing job on hard concrete for long hours company works their employees into the ground by not letting them have days off. They like to work their employees up to 10 days in a row without days off. High stress, hypocrites for Managers.
