Pros

IMRF is one of the best retirement vehicles for continued secure retirement income.

Cons

City of Naterville personnel department does not maintain a user friendly portal for retirees to track their insurance benefit options. Calling the Department does not get a real person, just a message saying "they will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours, but our question is very important to them". Not user friendly to wait for follow up for simply questions that could be answered by a cue to frequently asked questions and answers page.

Pros

Great group of employees (does not include management or directors).

Cons

Political, most employees are paranoid about losing their jobs. HR Department is so dysfunctional.

Pros

NCH has a great community and its managers did a fantastic job of interacting with the staff.

Cons

The downside is that not all of the employees pulled their weight and sometimes things were unclear of what to do.
