Stuck in the 80's as far as sales and marketing. Ownership is distant. Bonus structure is not explained what so ever. Very poor training

Experience. References. Small team. Office and cold calling.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER for all positions. I was here one year and had 3 different account managers cycle in and out of the company. Not paid fairly for amount of work completed and relationships started. Did not feel like a person at this company, more as a number or a metric.
